Webb sees opportunity in Epic fall

PETER Webb has used a fall in the price of e-learning group Epic's shares after last month's news of delayed orders as a buying opportunity. AAA-rated Webb has built a 1.1m-share stake in his Eaglet investment trust equivalent to 4.2% of the online training specialist. Framlington's A-rated fund manager Nigel Thomas also holds shares via his UK Select Opportunities fund.
